3 Of My Go-To Soup Recipes For Fall

When the temperatures start to drop ( yes, even here in Hawaii!) I immediately want to throw on a pair of sweatpants and curl up with a bowl of soup! I love making soup - its a one pot wonder that is easy to clean up and leaves you with yummy leftovers. I wanted to share my personal go-to soup recipes - all of these are relatively easy to make an packed with flavor and texture. Bring on soup season!

I make this amazing soup by Melissa Clark at least once every few weeks - the herbs and lemon juice are really what make this simple soup shine!

This spicy, creamy soup is so flavorful - and is perfect with a side of cornbread!

I found this recipe years ago and it's now one of my go-tos. It's incredibly hearty and the Moroccan spices give it so much flavor. If you wanted more protein you could easily add some ground turkey or even lamb, but it's super filling with just the legumes. I recommend serving with dollop of greek yogurt and a side of warm pita bread!
