I have been fan-girling over designer Tamsin Johnson for awhile now - the Australian interior designer has an ability to layer old and new to create spaces that feel relaxed yet whimsical, classic yet quirky. Her eye for vintage is so impressive and I love the stories her spaces tell.

But when I saw the beach house the designer completed in Palm Beach, my jaw dropped to the floor. The nautical references in the striped chairs, the rope trim on the sofa - and the cheeky rattan pieces like the palm lamp (!) and the fish pendants are just ... perfect.
On to the bathrooms - I die. The checkered tile, the amazing vintage sconces that feel reminiscent of undulating sea creatures. They all tell such an interesting story yet seamlessly flow together. I love the sculptural sconces - they remind me of undulating sea anemones!
